Meditation training session in Tokyo (basic edition)

The basic edition of the clinical meditation instructor training course was held on March 11th and 12th at Koyasan Tokyo Branch.

There were 16 participants and 3 teaching staff members.

Particularly many people from the Kanto area participated.

The basics were ``Loosening Meditation'' and ``Looking Meditation.'' On the first day, there was theoretical and practical learning on ``Loosening Meditation,'' and on the second day, there was theoretical and practical learning on ``Looking Meditation.''
