About the event

This basic course on clinical meditation methods provides theory and practical training on the basics of the meditation method of ``relaxing and gazing''. Even beginners will be able to understand ``this is what meditation is'' through basic knowledge and meditation experience.

Based on this foundation, the next step is to aim for the meditation method of "enhancing and surrendering." Furthermore, you can receive a certificate of completion after completing the ``Application/Instruction'' instructor training course.

We hope that you will be able to participate in this meaningful training session, and all of our staff will sincerely look forward to working with you to ensure that everyone who takes advantage of your precious time to participate is as satisfied as possible.
