Clinical meditation instructor training course [Basic edition] Hida Senkoji Temple

This basic course on clinical meditation methods provides theory and practical training on the basics of the meditation method of ``relaxing and gazing''. Even beginners will be able to understand ``this is what meditation is'' through basic knowledge and meditation experience.

Based on this foundation, the next step is to aim for the meditation method of "enhancing and surrendering." Furthermore, you can receive a certificate of completion after completing the ``Application/Instruction'' instructor training course.

Accommodation facilities at Senkoji Temple are not sufficient, so you will basically stay in a large room at Senkoji Temple. We have two special private rooms (Japanese-style rooms) for those with physical conditions, so please contact us.
